Preferred Qualifications:
Basic English language communications required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighting 35+ pounds.
Performs all duties associated with the set-up, delivery, and service of Room Service orders in accordance with Loews Hotels standards.
Delivers and sets up amenity presentations and provides service for functions in Hospitality Suites.
Checks all Room Service Orders for accuracy and completeness prior to departing kitchen.
Obtains proper charge authorization or payment for orders delivered.
Picks up soiled Room Service trays and carts from guestrooms and corridors as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
