Room Service Manager

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Room Service Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The Room Service Manager oversees all facets of the Room Service Department.

Responsibilities

The Room Service Manager oversees all facets of the Room Service Department. The manager coordinates, hires, trains, disciplines, and supervises the Room Service team.

Visibility in the operation, providing recognition, promoting good public relations, and handling complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

Describing and ensuring quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for 24-hour a day in-room dining and in-room private bar services.

Work closely with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design effective menu and amenity options while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price and attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.


Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork. This will  include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Some travel may be required.

Applicants are required to have two to three years previous employment in a related position.

A college degree is preferred.  

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
