What will you do? Answer room service phones and take orders from guests; accurately enter orders into point-of-sale system Deliver orders to guests at their room, spa, or pool in a timely manner; serve alcoholic beverages responsibly by adhering to all alcohol service policies Connect with guests after their order has been delivered to ensure it met their satisfaction Monitor and clear the room hallway for used dishes; ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and working properly Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties More about you At least one year of experience as a server in a high-volume environment Experience in cash handling and credit card processing preferred Previous experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment preferred No high school diploma or GED required Physical requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift, balance, and move up to 35 pounds Shift details
