Job Description

Under the Direction of the Director of Front Office as well as the Director of Housekeeping, assist in managing all facets of the Front Office/Housekeeping. Coach, counsel, and lead Associates to perform at their peak. Ensure all aspects of the guest arrival and departure experience meet Omni’s standards for superior service.

Responsibilities Train, cross-train and retrain all Front Office/Housekeeping staff.Knowledge of all Front Office/Housekeeping standard operating procedures.Counsel and coach Associates to perform at their peak.Maintain good working relationships and establish communication with all departments.Proactively anticipate guest needs/maintain continuous contact with hotel guests to ensure that any challenges are resolved quickly, efficiently, and courteously.Run, trace reports & special service request reports to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.Responsible for aiding with scheduling, payroll, project management, financial checklists, ordering and receiving.Ensure that safety procedures are being followed according to Omni standardsConduct public area/guest room inspections and follow up accordingly.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Managing the Front Desk staff and assisting with the management of Guest Services, Ideal Services and Housekeeping staff

Qualifications

1 year of hotel/resort supervisory experience required.1 year of experience in Front Office/Rooms DivisionUpscale hotel/resort experience preferred.Degree in Hotel Management preferred.

Salary: $68,000k 

The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
