PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $77,969 – $77,969 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Ensures all employees report to duty on time and are in proper uniform. Train new team members, write and maintain team member schedules and payroll Provide excellent guest service, ensure proper check-in, and check-out procedures at the front desk Ensure guest rooms are all cleaned with high standards Responsible for conduct and behavior of staff while on duty. Responsible for security, loss prevention, sanitation and cleanliness, and safety training; regularly checks that all policies are being followed and trains as needed. Directs the strict control of linen counts and handling, maintains an inventory of rooms. Orders and distributes all supplies and equipment and controls cost. Ensures that all reports, orders and projects are completed. Maintains control of all master and room keys. Control expense and payroll. Conducts room inspections on a regular time schedule and required to clean rooms. Performs any other related duties that may be required or directed by management. More about you Prior use of hotel operating systems (PMS) Proficient in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) Minimum 2 years supervisory or 1-year management experience in a lodging leadership role. Experience managing a highly effective team Knowledge of how to use the Material Safety Data Sheets for cleaning solvents. Good communication skills. No degree required. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Physical requirements Frequent walking and standing for entire length of shift. Frequent climbing of stairs.
