**Description:**
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Rooms Secretary provides strong and efficient administrative support to Director of Rooms, including administration, schedule coordination, communication with each department, etc
**Qualifications:**
Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Business Administration or any other relevant courses, Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities, Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement, streamlining administrative, Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential, Work experience as a secretary or admin in the hotel industry is preferred, Front Office experience is an advantage.
