The ROPS Healthcare Policy Analyst combines expertise in healthcare policy analysis with business analysis skills to improve DaVita’s Revenue Operations and optimize revenue cycle processes.
Government Payor Alliance (GPA) Team optimizes revenue and patient advocacy through public policy monitoring, data analysis, and issue resolution. GPA supports internal teams to problem solve, identify potential legal and compliance risk, and manage initiatives across Revenue Operations (ROPS) and the Village through key relationships with external partners. The successful candidate for this role will have a driven attitude, motivated by the achievement of making a direct impact on the projects that they support, and will flourish in a highly dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
This role requires a combination of financial acumen, technical skills, and healthcare industry knowledge to effectively optimize revenue cycle processes though application of healthcare policies and regulations. Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of top performance and desire to help improve our overall revenue cycle.
Analytical and Research Skills
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate key performance indicatorsManipulating data to create reports that identify and interpret revenue trendsMonitoring revenue cycle performance and coordinating initiatives with business partners across the revenue cycleAnalyze complex information and draw accurate, useful conclusionsKnowledge of healthcare finance, accounting, and decision support functionsPolicy Knowledge
Stay updated on healthcare policies, regulations, and industry trends, specifically Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage. Salary/ Wage Range
$68,000.00 - $115,000.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
