**Job Description:** Adecco is assisting a local company in hiring a Loss Prevention and Safety Associate (LPA) to ensure the safety and security of associates and assets. The LPA will enforce safety procedures, conduct audits, and respond to incidents. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct safety screenings and manage access control for associates, visitors, contractors, and vendors. + Perform Guard Shack operations and ensure adherence to security procedures. + Maintain site security and conduct audits, reporting findings. + Assist in resolving theft and workplace incidents. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. + Proficiency in access control systems, CCTV, and radio communication. + Familiarity with Loss Prevention SOP and OSHA guidelines. + Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. + Basic computer skills, including MS Office. **What’s in it for you** + Temp to hire + Schedule: 2nd shift 1:30pm – 10pm Thursday and Friday off + Benefits : health, dental, and vision **Pay Details:** $19.89 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
