**Loss Prevention and Safety Associate (LPA)** Adecco is helping a local company hire a **Loss Prevention and Safety Associate (LPA)** to ensure the safety of associates and protect assets. If you’re passionate about safety and security, this role is for you! **What You’ll Do:** · Manage access control for associates, visitors, and contractors. · Perform Guard Shack operations (e.g., trailer check-in/out). · Conduct security audits and report findings. · Investigate theft and workplace incidents while enforcing company policies. **Qualifications:** · High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred. · Experience with access control systems, CCTV, and radio communication. · Knowledge of Loss Prevention SOP and OSHA guidelines. · Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. · Basic computer skills (MS Office). **Physical Requirements:** · Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. · Comfort working in a warehouse environment. **What's in it for you:** · Weekly pay – Fridays · Benefits · Shift: 2nd shift, Saturday-Thursday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM. **Pay Details:** $19.89 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
