**Job Description**

“ _Voyage_ ”, Holland America Line and Seabourn’s Leadership Development Program (LDP), is a full-time rotational program located in Carnival Corporation’s headquarters in Miami, FL, and is designed to provide selected candidates with an in-depth experience rotating across three core areas of our business. **With an expected start in June or July 2025, the program will span 18-24 months.** The core areas include Finance, Guest Commerce & Performance Analytics, and Commercial. The purpose of the Rotation Analyst is to understand the innerworkings of the three core business areas, connect how all three work together to achieve organizational and brand specific business goals, and make recommendations on improving current processes that lead to better bottom-line results. Being a part of the Voyage Rotational Program will also sharpen analytical and project skills while gaining real-world experience in the cruise line industry, specifically, at Holland America Line and Seabourn.

**Responsibilities**
+ Finance Operations
+ Learn and understand the Holland America Line and Seabourn Finance business models, including Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Operations Performance Management.
+ Provide analytical support in the preparation of management reporting packages, deck presentations and other requests/special projects.
+ Assist in the creation of financial models for Holland d America Line and Seabourn.
+ Identify process improvement opportunities/projects and lead implementation efforts.
+ Support various finance departments in providing ad-hoc analysis and research.
+ Partner with business operators to provide financial support and visibility to drive business decisions.
+ Guest Commerce
+ Responsible for providing analytical insights and guidance to support data-driven decision making across the organization with a focus on onboard revenue and guest commerce.
+ Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop analytical solutions that drive business outcomes.
+ Be a critical member of the team, responsible for using data to drive business decisions and support the overall success of the organization.
+ Drive analytics efforts across multiple projects to find, develop and recommend actions that will generate incremental value for the organization. Includes interacting with several team members to drive growth for onboard revenue or guest commerce, depending on areas or responsibility.
+ Execute thorough analysis utilizing the company’s multiple data sources and integrating business ideas with data insights into cohesive and valuable stories that drive profit and improve the guest experience.
+ Participate in the sizing, design and planning of beta tests for new ideas. Defining minimum viable products and performing tests to validate the impact of these ideas, as well as the feasibility of a scaled solution.
+ Commercial Operations
+ Learn and understand the Holland America Line and Seabourn Commercial business models, including revenue management and pricing strategy, itinerary planning, marketing and branding, market sourcing and partner profitability.
+ Work in strategic commercial projects that will drive demand and increase company performance, such as:
+ Revenue Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developing and presenting demand and pricing strategies.
+ Leverage reports and data analysis to provide pricing and inventory recommendations to maximize revenue and occupancy.
+ Revenue Planning: Optimize itinerary planning and ship deployment by looking at profit holistically and using direct program profitability measures, while also using consumer data from surveys and guest feedback.
+ Sales: Analyze top partner profitability, which will drive business strategy and incentives. Measure ROI on marketing initiatives to improve future initiative and fund allocation.
+ Marketing: support marketing efforts by evaluating guest audiences to target across the customer journey. Leverage data insights to optimize audience segmentation and enhance targeted marketing strategies across multiple channels.
+ Learning and Development
+ Participate in all learning and development modules that further the growth and understanding of the business presented by Human Resources in partnership with the Learning and Development Team.
+ Participate in leadership chat series to understand the organizational structure not only of Holland America Line and Seabourn, but Carnival Corporation.
+ Travel to Holland America Line and Seabourn headquarters in Seattle, WA to understand how we operate and the impact in of Holland America Line in the Alaska market.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
+ Master’s degree welcome, but not required.
+ 6 months minimum experience within a corporate setting, ideally in the form of internships and/or rotational programs.
+ Professional interest in operations, finance, analytics, marketing, strategy, or engineering.
+ Demonstration of project management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
+ Experience leading teams to successful outcomes in the form of course projects, clubs, internships, or personal endeavors.
+ Strong and clear communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of a professional organization.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America Line is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
**Please note that this is a hybrid position based in Miami, FL, expected to start in June or July, 2025 and lasting 18-24 months. Candidates must be comfortable coming into the office 3 days per week (currently Tuesday-Thursday).**

+ Base Salary Range: $59,200 to $79,900. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
