**2nd Shift Rotomold Operator | $21+ an hr** Holland, MI **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Rotomold Operator to join our team. This role involves operating machinery to create thick-walled hollow plastic products using rotational molding techniques. The position is on the 2nd shift, from 3pm to 1am, Monday through Thursday, with occasional voluntary shifts on Fridays. **Responsibilities** + Operate rotational molding machinery to produce plastic components. + Handle plastic powder and ensure it is poured correctly into molds. + Monitor and manage the heating and cooling stages of the molding process. + Use hoists and cranes to assist in pulling molds. + Maintain attention to detail to ensure product quality. + Organize and manage time effectively to meet production goals. + Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE, including steel toe shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, and heat-resistant gloves. **Essential Skills** + Experience with power tools, machine operation, and mechanical tasks. + Ability to read and comprehend work orders. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools such as drills, blowtorches, and air compressors. + Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. + Good memory and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Physical capability to lift, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods. **Work Environment** The rotomold assembly area is fairly clean and organized but can become hot, especially during the summer. The role involves a significant amount of manual labor, including bending, twisting, and standing all day.
