The Round Tool Specialist fulfills and implements total delivery of technical solutions to end customers and distributors while working in close collaboration with Account Managers and Front-Line Sales to grow share of wallet. The specialist provides integrated solutions by coordinating and organizing interactions between technical and commercial departments; develops and sells solutions by proving value in customer specific applications and components.

Key Responsibilities:

Fulfills total delivery of technical solution and sales support to end-customers and distributors, in close cooperation with Account Managers to grow share of wallet at maintain, strengthen, and develop customersCoordinates and organizes interaction between technical and commercial departments of the company, as well as relevant distributor services for projects in the sales/cluster departmentPrepares integrated solutions for customersEngaged with and by Account Managers to visit current and targeted accountsProvide new product and service introduction to customers in collaboration with the account manager, or as appropriateRecommends products and services that fit well with clients’ business needs during solution offerResponds to complex technical questions regarding the products, systems, or servicesDevelops and delivers training to educate internal employees and external partners and customers on the features of their purchaseTroubleshoots, investigates, and resolves technical problems that arise during or after implementationDevelops test applications used for testing modules, including customer-specific components

Required Competencies:

University degree or equivalent work experience in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related fieldMinimum 5-years’ experience in a Technical Service or Sales Supervisor role with engineering cutting tools skills and knowledgeProven track record in delivering good business resultsStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong Project Management knowledge, experience and capability is a mustRelevant experience with Account Management or Sales Management structureStrong knowledge of relevant application and CAD software programsKnowledge and experience with managing external and internal customer relationshipsAbility to apply digital tools of Office 365 in daily work with internal and external stakeholders (Teams, dynamics etc.)Fluency in English language is requiredMust meet and possess local driver’s license requirementsPeople management experience is considered an asset
