You will be responsible for delivering products to your assigned customers and routes in the Remsen area. You will be a direct support to the operations and sales team. You will build strong and positive working relationships with your customers and maintain a highly motivated and driven mentality. You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while adhering to our company core values and policies. **Job Responsibilities:** + Execute delivery of accurate products daily + Drive company vehicle on designated routes to deliver and sell products + Track customer inventory for correct delivery + Provide effective customer service to assist in issues concerning Midwest Lubricant customers + Process accurate and effective billing to match delivered product + Complete end of the day administrative tasks including unloading the truck and preparing for next day's route + Actively drive customer retention and increase route revenue by expanding customer relationships + Provide excellent customer service during product delivery + Communicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions + Upsell additional products to customers + Maintain accurate records of sales, delivery, and inventory **Job Requirements:** + 1-2 years sales experience preferred. + Self-motivated and driven for personal and company success. + Strong organizational skills. + Strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills. **Our Culture:** + As a company, we focus on providing our team and customers with the core values that create a committed team atmosphere along with insuring we provide outstanding customer service.
