Your Opportunity
Right of Way Project Manager that possesses an excellent working knowledge of all right of way disciplines including title, permitting, valuation, acquisition, closing and documentation.
Position available in the Charleston WV office.
Your Key Responsibilities

Thorough understanding of right of way laws. Excellent interpersonal skills, and team oriented. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to solve problems using sound professional judgement, creativity and innovation. Ability to multi-task on various tasks and projects. Takes initiative on tasks and in coordinating with other members of the team. Ability to participate and collaborate in project team setting, engage in creative and critical thought and effectively communicate concepts and ideas to others. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings. Ability to read and interpret land survey documents and right of way maps and drawings. Familiarity with the provisions of the VDOT Right of Way Manual as it applies to the acquisition of property. Familiarity with project management cycle. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Ability to read and understand real estate terminology. 50% of your time is spent traveling. English language proficient. Possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.Education and Experience
Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 10 years of experience within ROW disciplinePosition will primarily work in an office setting; may require some field work. Employee may drive on company business to deliver plans or documents to reviewing agencies or clients or to attend meetings. Occasionally visits construction sites or works in outside weather conditions.
