Description
Management Resources is seeking a skilled UiPath RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RPA technologies and be able to deliver high-quality, efficient automation solutions supporting the Accounting and Finance Division. This offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
+ Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath.
+ Deploy RPA bots and support the monitoring and maintenance for operational stability.
+ Ensure development and documentation are in line with SOX controls
+ Document process details and ensure that all tasks are well documented.
+ Perform debugging and troubleshooting for the deployed RPA solutions.
+ Collaborate with BA and stakeholders to ensure the implementation of RPA solutions according to business needs.
+ Ensure the quality of the system through rigorous testing methods
+ Provide continuous advice and best practices to improve and optimize the RPA strategy.
+ Available for after hours and weekend support during limited business critical times
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ Required Automation Developer Professional Certificate from UiPath.
+ Proven experience with UiPath and RPA development.
+ Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
+ Ability to work collaboratively with business analysts and other stakeholders.
+ Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
+ Experience with process documentation and creating detailed functional design documents.
+ Basic knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
+ Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
+ Experience in data analytics and workflow design.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in integrating RPA systems with existing applications and databases.
+ Experience with SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft applications.
+ Understanding of user experience design and ensuring automated processes provide a good user experience.
+ Experience with Microsoft Excel macros, Visual Basic, Alteryx and Power BI
