This position will be **full-time** and **remote.** **What You’ll Do** + As an RPA Business Analyst(UiPath), you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business processes and technology solutions. + Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, design, and implement RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows. + You'll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful RPA implementations. + As an RPA Business Analyst(UiPath), you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business processes and technology solutions. + Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, design, and implement RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows. + You'll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful RPA implementations. **What You'll Need** Required: + Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT, and a minimum of 5+ years as an RPA BA. + Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. + Certification in RPA (such as UiPath Certified RPA BA) is a plus. + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. + Experience with process modelling and workflow automation tools.
