JOB SUMMARY:  Performs detailed analysis of business processes and determines the possibilities for robotic automation, quality assurance testing and validation of all software configured, developed or modified by application teams before it’s distributed to Business Users.  Primary focus of RPA Development will be internal and portal applications.

• Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify well-suited process for process automation and potential automation opportunities. • Use programming languages such as Python, Java, C# and SQL to write custom scripts that direct, manage, and enhance the functionality of RPA bots.  • Effectively tailor RPA automation solutions to meet the needs of each business process to be implemented. • Perform comprehensive and rigorous testing on the RPA bots to ensure they operate accurately and reliably across various scenarios. • Create input datasets, define expected outputs, and validate the behavior of automate process under different conditions. • Identify, predict and address any issues that could arise, such as handling exceptions or managing changes in data inputs. • Ensure and establish secure, efficient communication channels, allowing automated processes to seamlessly exchange data with the enterprise applications it interacts with • Ensure data exchanges are accurate, synchronized, and comply with data governance policies. • Perform continuous monitoring and maintenance for ongoing success of automated process solutions. • Set up dashboards that track process automation performance.  • Develop/create comprehensive documentation that covers every aspect of automation, including design, code, and testing procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY: Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years related work experience or 5+ years equivalent experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.    COMPETENCIES: (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing): • Understanding of process automation using Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) into existing systems. • Familiarity with solution performance and to recommend or implement optimizations as needed. • Experience with RPA tools. • Experience with Python, C#, .NET, SQL, Java, APIs and code management (CD/CI) is a plus. • Experience with database query tools. • Experience with HTML and a proven knowledge of Stateless Programming, Session Handling and Page Lifecycle is a plus. • Experience with Cloud Security, Cloud solution and server patch testing.  • Understanding, experience with and knowledge of test automation is a plus.
