The team 

Hitachi Vantara’s Robotic Process Automation Team combines technology, intellectual property and industry knowledge to deliver solutions that help enterprise improve its customers’ experience, develop new revenue streams and lower the costs of business. Our RPA team provides wide range of automations for our business stakeholders, including Finance, Services, HR, and IT organizations. Come join our team of three RPA Developers, RPA Manager and RPA Business Lead.

The role

This role is a mix of RPA Development and RPA Analysis. You'll be designing, developing, and testing of the business processes through the Robotic Process Automation solution, working in Agile (Scrum) methodology. You'll be administrating and controlling the virtual workforce in operational environment, continuously improving the robot’s operational performance. Support users in addressing any errors/issues from technical perspective (first line support for the end user) is part of this role.  This job has also quite analytic. So you'll review and analyse existing business process flows including creation of the documentation to automate the process. With this analysis job you'll be able to identify business processes that can be optimized through robotic automation and supporting business case, ensuring a healthy automation pipeline.

What you'll bring 

Professional experience with Automation Anywhere (v11/A360) or other RPA platforms. Experience in creating RPA documentation (PDD, SDD etc.). Experience of working directly with multiple countries and cultures in a Finance/HR/IT capacity. Experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications (Financial, HR, production) and other applications (e.g. SharePoint). Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Experience in programming and scripting languages (e.g. C#, Java, JavaScript, .NET) is a plus. Experience in basic database development knowledge (SQL) is a plus. Scrum or general Agile knowledge and working experience is a plus. Previous experience in application or implementation support domain is a plus.
