As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive successful adoption of hyper-automation practices. You will take ownership of the automation journey, ensuring that use cases and scenarios are thoroughly developed and documented. What the day will look like: + Design and implement RPA solutions based on business and technical requirements. + Collaborate with Business Analysts to define the manual rules that govern the processes, translating them into automations. + Develop scripts and code using UiPath and other automation tools following Agile methodologies. + Create and maintain technical documentation in accordance with best practices. + Conduct thorough automation testing, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, and bug fixes. + Participate in peer code reviews and knowledge transfer sessions. + Engage in training opportunities to enhance your skills with the latest tools and best practices.
