The Role
Optimize processes: Enhance the performance and scalability of RPA/DPA and Power Platform applications. Collaborate: Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to design and implement automated solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. Spot new opportunities: Contribute to identifying new automation possibilities that will add value to the business. Lead by example: Help streamline processes by offering your subject matter expertise and support across teams. End to End development: Facilitate the gathering/understanding of requirements, design and development, testing and debugging, implementation and documentation.The Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business, or any related field6+ years of work experience. Should have worked on 2 or more UiPath projectsAdvance level in RPA/DPA development (UiPath, Power Platform etc.)Proficiency in programming languages like C#, PowerShell, or PythonExperience in writing SQL queriesHands-on experience with process analysis, requirements gathering, and flowcharting.A strong understanding of how RPA can solve real business challengesFamiliarity with standard web front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, XML. etc.)Experience with JIRA, Web-based applications and tools is a plusExperience in any web test automation development such as Selenium, Applitools, Browserstack etc. is a plusSolid understanding of internet technologies, web servers and web proxy serversSelf-motivated and ability to remain focused on assigned projectsDesire to learn, accept new challenges and have funWilling to work on EMEA or AMERICA shiftWTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer
