Purpose of the position

 

 

 

The main purpose is to design, develop, and implement efficient Robotic Process Automation/ AI solutions to automate manual, repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.

 

 

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

 

Identify automation opportunities and evaluate the feasibility of implementing RPA/AI solutions ; Develop and design RPA/AI solutions that align with business requirements, considering scalability, reusability, and reliability; Utilize RPA/AI tools and scripting languages (Python) to build automation workflows, configure bots, and integrate systems to achieve seamless automation; Conduct thorough testing of RPA/AI solutions to ensure functionality, stability, and adherence to business rules; Continuously monitor deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance tasks, such as updating automation workflows and addressing system changes; Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, providing recommendations and implementing enhancements; Create detailed documentation of RPA processes, including workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and user guides. Conduct internal training sessions to familiarize end-users with applied RPA/ AI tools and processes; Ensure RPA/AI solutions adhere to compliance and security standards, such as data privacy, access controls, and internal Hiab/ Cargotec requirements. Observing all safety procedures and instructions and assisting in maintaining a safe working environment including the reporting of any accidents, hazards, near misses, defects or damages to Company equipment to your line manager or Health and Safety

 

 

What you’ll need to succeed

 

 

Working experience:
 

Lead the design and implementation of RPA/AI solutions for multiple business processes, resulting in time and cost savings; Successfully configured and deployed RPA/AI software, including technical documentation and users training; Demonstrated a proactive approach to continuous improvement, staying up to date with the latest RPA/AI trends; Actively collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and translate business needs into automated solutions.

 

 

Competence and skills:

 

Python programming skills are essential for this position, additionally Java Script, SQL Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in RPA tools are a plus; A solid understanding of RPA/ AI tools and platforms; The ability to analyze and identify automation opportunities within business processes; Problem solving abilities, troubleshooting technical issues, debugging code, and finding creative solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy, attention to detail; Logical and analytical mindset; Collaboration and Communication, able to work in cross-functional teams, collaborating with business analysts, subject matter experts, and stakeholders; Open for continuous learning and able to understand the business context.
