In this pivotal role, you will leverage data-driven insights and market trends to support the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) strategies. Your expertise in talent market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and workforce planning will drive informed decision-making for our clients. **Responsibilities**
+ Conduct data analysis, retrieval, and reporting to deliver talent pool insights.
+ Research and disseminate competitor and market intelligence to clients and internal stakeholders.
+ Support delivery teams by providing validated data and actionable insights.
+ Translate complex information into concise recommendations and present findings to stakeholders.
+ Lead projects and initiatives to enhance intelligence capabilities and reporting.
+ Engage proactively with clients and executive stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
**Day-to-Day Activities**
+ Develop tailored reports weekly for dedicated clients, addressing topics such as salary benchmarking, talent pool trends, and competitor benefits.
+ Present insights through data-driven storytelling to clients and internal teams.
+ Collaborate within the organization to deliver high-quality intelligence across accounts.
+ Tackle ad hoc intelligence tasks and contribute to broader team efforts.
**Required Skills & Attributes**
+ Knowledge of the Recruitment Process (RPO)
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
+ Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
+ Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
+ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and learn new systems quickly.
**Required Experience**
+ Minimum 2 years in research, data analysis, marketing insights, or related fields.
+ Experience with data interpretation and presenting insights to stakeholders.
+ Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Experience**
+ Data cleaning, reporting, or visualization (e.g., PowerBi).
+ Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience.
+ Familiarity with study design and methodology principles.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
