We are currently seeking full time and Per Diem Front Desk and OR Scrub Tech to join our growing IVF teams at RSC Bay. Our offices are located in, San Ramon, San Mateo, Los Gatos, Menlo Park and Oakland. We are seeking a Per Diem Front Desk Coordinator to float between our Los Gatos and San Mateo offices. The pay range for this position will be $25/+.

We have an immediate opening for a Per-Diem OR Scrub Tech to join our San Ramon, CA team.  The hourly pay for this position ranges from $34-36/hr. depending on experience. 

How You'll Contribute:

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Patient Services is responsible for:

Greet and assist all patients during their visit Managing front desk team Assisting with interviewing for front desk staff Schedule patient appointments and procedures Obtain and verify insurance information, coverage, and benefits Get authorizations for office visits and procedures Collect co-pays and insurance payments Answer phone calls Data entry Other duties as needed
