About this opportunity
In this position, you will be responsible for leading Remote Support Center team. You will be responsible for the management and coordination of the day-to-day delivery towards difference Customer Units projects, ensure team utilization and fulfill the internal and projects KPIs/SLAs.
Additionally, you will be contributing to the process of reviewing the business forecast, assessing the needed level of effort and competence and delivery requirements.
What you will do
•Manage the Remote Support Center (RSC) personnel to perform the activity.
•Develop resources schedule and plan according to capacity and productivity benchmarking.
•Close coordination and follow-up of activities with the CPM and implementation team.
•Lead all quality session and supervision activity.
•Provide technical support for RSC teams.
•Monitor and follow-up of RSC related internal and CU specific KPIs and SLAs fulfillment.
•Monitor and ensure tools usage adherence.
•Maintain and develop delivery, performance, utilization, and improvement trackers.
•Identify delivery and competence gaps and propose/drive improvement plans.
•Create and maintain ways of working, MoP, SoP, best practices, and any other form of unit documentation.
•Develop weekly and monthly delivery and performance dashboards.

• NRO projects Implementation experience in the areas of RAN and Transmission.
• Ericsson NRO Execution Process & Quality Assurance System knowledge.
• Ericsson NRO Tools (i.e., Erisite, Site Tracker, Eritop, ECA, etc.)
• Ericsson Networks Product/Solutions Portfolio Knowledge (RAN and Transmission)
