Job Overview: RTDS Senior Drilling Engineer is responsible for optimizing drilling operations and supporting customers using CENTRO software. RTDS Senior Drilling Engineer focuses on improving Drilling Efficiency, reducing Non-Productive Time (NPT) and Invisible Lost Time (ILT), and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and HSE policies. This role involves providing technical expertise, reporting, performance benchmarking, and delivering presentations and demonstrations to customers. Responsibilities: + Ensure compliance with Security, Compliance, HSE, and Quality policies while promoting continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. + Provide technical expertise for drilling optimization, including performance benchmarking and delivering improvement recommendations. + Deliver technical presentations and software demonstrations to customers via in-person meetings, webinars, and industry events. + Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams. + Demonstrate leadership and ethical behavior while driving professional development through structured learning and training programs. Qualifications: **Required:** + 8+ years of experience in Drilling Engineering, Operations, or Optimization. + Expertise in drilling analytics, performance optimization, and project management. + University degree in a relevant field. **Preferred:** + Experience in the Middle East or Qatar. + Knowledge of regional regulations and operational challenges. + Proven track record in digital transformation projects for drilling operations.
