主要岗位职责<概要>•
销量/净销量/投资回报/应收账款管理 : GS/NR 目标达成;在客户内市场份额的增长;实现营收账款天数符合目标
•客户费用管理(包含T&C) : 控制贸易投资在预算范围内;关键投资效率和迭代;一对一对账及核销
•客户管理 : 商业计划(PDR+测试);商业贸易条款管理;客户反馈及评分;公司内部的反馈及评分
•品类管理 :品类表现优于客户品类表现•客户生意计划 :可对比门店的增长领先于品类平均水平;确保促销计划符合品类策略
•卓越店内执行 :实现分销目标;实现符合公司策略的陈列目标(主货架/二次陈列/COC的位置/份额);实现客户的定价符合亿滋的品牌策略;实现新产品的快速上架及有效的可见度目标
•预测及补货 : 订单满足率;库存周转天数;存货新鲜度等KPI的达成
任职要求:
1.本科以上学历;
2.具备数据分析能力,熟练掌握Excel 数据透视、Vlookup等技巧;
3.善于沟通,踏实有责任心,学习沟通能力较强。

5.完成区域经销商以及终端连锁客户目标
6.区域费用的控制
7.区域批发商价格管控
