RTR Team Coordinator

This position is hybrid and located in Budapest **.** **What You Will Do** + Offering routine instructions to team members on job responsibilities. + Ensuring the performance of team members as per standards. + Offering input of individual and/group training needs. + Train the team members on the jobs and addresses the questions to TL. + Handle the routines operations and resolve the issues related to the operation. + Determine opportunities to streamline current processes. + Support the development of processes and procedures. + Adhere to project plans. (acts as SME or even PM) + Will act as the ‘go to’ person for the team. + Will coordinate the audit requests. (main contact person for collection of data) + Root cause analysis for business incidents linked to the team. + Approve and review Journal entries below certain threshold. + Approve and review certain ranges of account reconciliations. + Coordinate resolution of aged items within the team (reconciliation) + Support SOX Controls and running relevant controls to support successful filing. + Contribute goals to be achieved in any other tasks which are delegated by the Manager/Team Leader. + Prepare and lead recurring huddles within the team + Identify opportunities for improvement + Support metric management + Learn basic People management skills with tailored trainings & coaching + Support agreed key communications towards the team + Mandatory trainings with regular competency check **What You Bring** **Required:** + College or university degree preferably in finance/accountancy + Min. 3-4 year in the relevant field (RTR, accounting or finance) + Advanced communication level in English (both written and verbal) + Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) + Logical thinking and pay attention to details, high tolerance to monotony + Good time-management skills + Having good understanding of RTR GL processes + Trainer skills (on the job training) and supportive attitude + Proactiveness + Good interpersonal skills **Preferred:** + Other European language knowledge + SAP knowledge **Benefits of Joining Albemarle** + Competitive compensation + Comprehensive benefits package + A diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.
