Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Test Analyst with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Test Metrics and Reporting Test Management Tools Jira Ruby on Rails and Ruby. Additionally experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance domain is mandatory. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality. Oversee the creation and maintenance of test cases and test scripts. Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders. Utilize test management tools to track and manage testing activities. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects. Implement automated testing frameworks using Ruby on Rails and Ruby. Conduct thorough testing of software applications within the Property and Casualty Insurance domain. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide feedback on testability. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Monitor and report on test progress including any issues or risks. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior test analysts. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Test Metrics and Reporting. Have proficiency in using Test Management Tools. Demonstrate expertise in Jira for tracking and managing defects. Be skilled in Ruby on Rails and Ruby for automated testing. Have in-depth knowledge of the Property and Casualty Insurance domain. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Show excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Certifications Required

ISTQB Certified Tester Ruby Automation
