**_What To Expect:_**
_We are currently recruiting an experienced_ **_Channel Manager_** _to target and prospect large multi- national_ **_Hospitality_** _partners across the region, with a view to generating high-value incremental revenues for Ruckus Networks._ The individual will achieve their goals through creating strategic relationships and engagement between the partners and Ruckus, co-ordinating regional field activities, and enabling and selling alongside Hospitality team colleagues to generate and close Ruckus pipeline. _Are you an experienced Channel Manager with a deep understanding of the_ **_Wireless Hospitality_** _market, market trends and an ability to align Ruckus value to these? **_You Will Make an Impact By:_**
+ _Building productive and profitable working relationships with strategic multi-national LAN Service Providers (LSP’s) and distributors._
+ _Being responsible for revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning, and other sales tasks to grow financial objectives._
+ _Providing information and reports to advise management of sales progress and success._
+ _Coordinating with sales contributors to assess market opportunities and developing business plans to meet revenue objectives._
**_Required Qualifications for Consideration:_**
+ _Professional channel management experience within the Wireless Hospitality space selling enterprise networking and wireless technologies across large multi-national enterprise accounts._
+ _Track record of success in sales, account management and revenue development within the networking or telecoms industry. In-depth sales experience within a channel sales environment._
+ _High degree of motivation and integrity with strong organizational, project management, negotiation, change management, problem solving and process management skills. Ability to influence others._
+ _Excellent vertical market and industry knowledge._
+ _An existing network of contacts within the industry, end users and channel partners._
+ _Ability to travel as required._
