Summary ASM, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Runner for ASM managed facilities. Responsible for supporting tour and event personnel as requested. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Act as the daily runner, event assistant for the tour. + Shop for various items as requested by the tour manager or other tour personnel. + Pick up and deliver tour personnel and equipment as instructed by the tour manager or other tour personnel. + Provide clients with cost estimates for purchases. + Pick up/return rental vehicles. + Refill rental vehicles with gas. + Settle receipts with tour prior to the end of the shift/show + Pre-shop for catering or other needs as directed. + Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience + High school diploma or equivalent + Previous work in back of house event support experience preferred. Other Qualifications Hours are event driven including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
