WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Perform table maintenance duties according to HOB service standardsPerform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to HOB Service StandardsRespond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite mannerMaintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through the work area throughout the shiftKeep the floor neat, clean, and free of food, trash, and other obstacles throughout the shiftClean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staffPut all trash and recyclable products in proper receptaclesClean and stock line to par throughout shiftKeep current on all standard operating proceduresStay informed of current menu items and descriptionsFollow private party service guidelines to ensure event successAssist Other Employees as neededFollow all safety standardsRequired to occasionally work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Required:

High-volume kitchen operationsFood Service as either an Expeditor or Server in a high-volume environmentExceptional communication skillsSense of UrgencyTime ManagementKitchen sanitation standardsCritical thinking and decision-makingHigh School diploma

Preferred:

Point of Sales experienceFood Service as either an Expeditor or Server in a high-volume environment

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced, loud, and often stressfulPosition requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feetMust be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques
