This Pharmacy Business Analyst is responsible to provide standard reporting on business performance and ad hoc analysis to Pharmacy leadership, stakeholders, and the broader enterprise. They own the tools, processes, and deliverables that drive business decisions that have a positive impact on growth and profitability of Meijer Pharmacy Retail and Meijer Specialty Pharmacy, including, but not limited to: the Pharmacy pricing strategy, Operational KPI reporting, sales incentive strategy, and other effectiveness incentives. **What You'll be Doing:** + Provide reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) across standard dimensions to Pharmacy leadership, stakeholders, and the enterprise. + Provides clear and meaningful data analytical summaries for leadership, operations, finance and legal departments. + Reviews and provides summary of IQVIA competitive share data for leadership. + Prepares year end, period end, or other specific pharmacy analysis including those used for Pharmacy industry certifications. + Partners with the Pharmacy BI team to deliver self-service tools, driving automation and consistency across reporting. + Communicates directly with the user community, supporting a positive, easy-to-use experience; creating training materials and providing training as needed. + Monitors details of cost, pricing and profitability over time. + Creates and maintains drug families and pricing rules, along with set up and maintenance in Pharmacy Host system that executes to stores, as well as executing set up for new stores. + Maintains drug and pricing reference information. + Reviews and executes pricing optimization strategy for Pharmacy Retail and Specialty Pharmacy. + This job profile is not meant to be all inclusive of the responsibilities of this position; may perform other duties as assigned or required. **What You'll Bring with You:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience to show hands-on analytical skills. + 4+ years of analytical experience in retail, pharmacy, or other business analysis preferred. + Buying, inventory or other product-centric experience preferred. + Experience with PII (Personally Identifiable Information), PCI (Personal Credit Information), or PHI (Personal Health Information) preferred. + Natural curiosity and accountability. + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, while supporting their team and business goals. + Exposure to enterprise data warehouse environments and labs preferred. + Willingness to learn proprietary company systems and query tools. + Alteryx, SQL, SQL Assistant, SRSS, Jupiter Notebooks, Microsoft Power Query or other query language or query tool experience required. + Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred. + Power BI, Power Platform, Tableau or other visualization tools experience a plus We opened our doors more than 90 years ago with the goal of helping people provide for themselves and their family.
