EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

 

As a Consultant (f/m/d) for S/4HANA Cloud Public, you perform the following tasks:

 

Deliver innovative S/4HANA cloud services – Deliver agile, outcome-driven solutions to digitally transform our customers with a special focus on finance, logistics, professional services, or technology. Implementation methodologies – Leverage proven SAP best practice methodologies to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Workshops and process design – Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and develop tailored business processes as part of the SAP Activate implementation methodology. Change management support: You actively accompany and support our customers in the change management process during the SAP S/4HANA transformation. Collaborate across teams – Work closely with the sales, pre-sales, solution management, service, and support teams within the SAP organization to deliver the greatest value to our customers. Knowledge management and transfer – Continuously expand your expertise in a specific S/4HANA Public Cloud area and drive knowledge transfer within the team.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

 

Academic background: Successfully completed university degree in business administration, economics, (economics) engineering or (economics)computer science. Work Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in a consultative function in at least one area: Finance, Logistics, Professional Services, or Technology Expertise: Experience with S/4HANA or S/4HANA Cloud and corresponding project experience is an advantage. Analytical skills: Strong analytical, structured, and creative mindset to solve complex customer requests. Motivation and willingness to learn: High self-motivation, willingness to perform and the willingness to develop existing skills, familiarize themselves with new topics and assume professional responsibility. Strength of communication: sovereign appearance, excellent communication skills as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form. German language skills are a plus Willingness to travel up to 50%.
