You Are:
UST is looking for a SAP S/4HANA, ECC, ATP / aATP and SCM (APO) functional consultant with project and/or support experience in the areas of GATP / SNP and SD/MM integration. Familiarity with system aspects as it relates to Order Creation and fulfilment, Back Order Processing, Transportation Scheduling and CIF technologies. Experience with SAP IBP Demand, Supply and or Inventory modules a Plus.
The opportunity:
· Lead planning projects in a complex architecture involving S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP BW, SAP APO, and solution architect various E2E solutions.
· Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
· Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system.
· Optimizes efficiency, cost and quality.
· Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
· Validate results with user representatives, integrates and commissions the overall solution.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
· Knowledge of multiple Demand, Supply and Order commit business and IT knowledge required. Understanding of integration and business process architecture across systems desired.
· Extensive business process knowledge of Planning and production scenarios, multiple sales Order scenarios, Order promising, third party order shipments, intercompany business processes and integration to other functional areas.
· Knowledge and experience in data integration, cross functional integration of SD/MM/FI/PP and other modules as appropriate.
· Having industry exposure to Hi-Tech, Process or Manufacturing industries a Plus.
· Must have advanced understanding of modern software design patterns, Project methodologies and ability to design and document complex solution architectures from concept through deployment.
· Experience working with multiple IT service providers in a fast-paced large scale environment preferred.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated influencing skills, high level of technical and team leadership skills.
· Ability to lead business discussions and influence results and outcomes highly desired. Proven ability to deliver projects in a large-scale environment a plus.
· About 10 years of IT Project experience in SAP SCM, SAP IBP and SAP ERP technologies.
· 3 – 5 years of hands on Project experience in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP IBP,APO DP/SNP/ GATP and data integration.
· Knowledge and experience on SAP SD, MM , PP and cross functional integration is required.
· Deep knowledge and thorough understanding of SAP Production planning, MRP runs and cross functional integration with MM and Finance is required.
· Knowledge of BOMs, Capacity planning, PP/DS is desired.
· Bachelors with 10 years or Master degree with at least 8 years of Industry experience.
· Ability to travel within USA or international preferred.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $107,000-$161,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
