As an S&OP Analyst, Demand and Supply, you’ll lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by balancing demand forecasts and supply capabilities. Your role will foster cross-functional alignment, provide data-driven insights, and mitigate risks to optimize inventory, service levels, and cost efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or S&OP processes.Experience with forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle (JDE), or Kinaxis).What You’ll Do:
Demand Planning:Create and update demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and stakeholder inputs.Monitor forecast accuracy and implement improvements.Collaborate with teams to include promotions, product launches, and seasonality in plans.Supply Planning:Develop and manage supply plans to align with demand forecasts and optimize inventory.Partner with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure supply chain continuity.Address supply chain constraints, capacity issues, and lead times proactively.S&OP Process Management:Lead S&OP meetings to align demand and supply with business goals.Share key insights, metrics, and recommendations during monthly S&OP cycles.Collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies and address risks.Analysis and Reporting:Analyze data on demand, supply, inventory, and service levels to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Support decision-making with scenario planning and sensitivity analyses.Continuous Improvement:Propose and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and workflows.Leverage technology to optimize planning operations.Who You Are:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Adaptable and organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities.Knowledgeable about inventory and supply chain concepts (e.g., safety stock, lead time).What We Offer:
