S&OP Manager

1    Responsible for managing the S&OP and S&OE processes throughout the business unit.:

Ensuring the S&OP and S&OE meetings take place at regular cadence. effectively facilitate the meetings, summarize and share key takeaways. Gathering required inputs, preparing for the meetings, facilitating and summarizing them to drive decision making and preparing for the following cycle.  Ensure information flows effectively between the different steps of process. Reconciling demand to supply, aligning with the financial plans. Function as a key liaison between various stakeholders to drive consensus on important decisions related to balancing supply and demand and aligning the plan to business strategy and financial goals. Ensure that decisions from the meeting are communicated to each function/department/team including S&OE and if necessary, ensure that execution is taking place.  Collaborate with the executives on required escalation items and risk-related issues Develop, implement and monitor S&OP key performance indicators (KPIs) and course correct behaviors that adversely affect these.

2    Work with cross-functional teams and leadership to identify and analyze potential demand, supply and inventory risks and opportunities    
3    Implementing transformational or continuous improvement changes to the process. Prepare for SAP HANA(IBP) implementation.     
4    Supporting in hiring, training and onboarding of newcomers on the overall process
