We are currently looking for our future S&OP Master Planner who will be based in Wroclaw, Poland
Who will you be working with?
You will be reporting to the Plant Director
How will you make a difference?
As a S&OP Master Planner you will be responsible for development and leading a tactical plans S&OP and MPS to align business strategic plans (STRAP) with Operations, leading a team of up to 6 Production planning specialists, increasing a customer satisfaction by improvement of C-OTD and Late Back Order performance.
What do we want to know from you?
You have a supply Chain, logistics or technical Degree
You have knowledge in Supply Chain Planning concepts (APICS Basics)
You have a minimum 5 years’ experience in analogical position
You have knowledge and practice in Planning processes S&OP, MPS
You have practiced in Continuous Improvement/ PDCA tools: Pareto
You have experience in process change
You have a team player mindset
You have a very good work organization, resistance to stress, punctuality, communication skills, responsibility
What will your typical day look like?
Lead, own and develop the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring effective communication across different organizational functions (OPS, Product Lines, Finance, Sourcing, Sales)
Leading a team of up to 6 Production planning specialists
Prepare a rolling 12-18 months strategic demand plans for sales items incorporating firm orders, forecasts and historical data (3rd party customers and SISCO)
Generate Master Production Schedule based on corporate rules and policies to ensure alignment with demand forecasts and optimal production planning
Monitor and report MPS attainment on weekly basis. Lead root cause analysis and preparation of robust action plans
Regularly monitor and evaluate a customer performance (C-OTD, LBO) to identify trends and areas for improvement
Co-ordinate all levels of planning (S&OP, MPS, Scheduling) to assure proper prioritization of customer and production orders execution - Please merge and put one format for this job advertisement
