As a S&OP Planning Lead - Remote, you will:

Works with the region sales and operations to create a rolling regional forecast (12-18 months)Gather and analyze regional demand/activity signals by working with Service Delivery, Sales, Regional Technical team, and AMOUnderstands business trends, opportunities and how they impact the demand forecast.Assists in the execution and drives consistency of the S&OP processWorks to ensure new assets, repaired assets and spares are captured with the Sales & Operations Planning processAssists with product life cycle management for new and obsolete products to ensure they are incorporated into the S&OP processAssists in driving product line make to stock (MTS), make to order (MTO), configure to order (CTO) and engineer to order (ETO) standards are implemented in the S&OP processImplementing inventory stocking strategies, inventory analysis, Slow moving inventory

To be successful in this role you will have:

Have Min 5 years’ experience in Operations, Sales and/or Supply Chain environment or demonstrated performance improving productivity with significant financial benefits.Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an Engineering Discipline Have the ability to travel and work in other multiple Areas in NA up to 10% of time; this can flex up or down pending the region and needs.APICS Certification a plus, but not required
