The Role:
As an S&P Shipbroker, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of vessel transactions while leveraging your industry expertise to deliver outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with shipowners, operators, and financial institutions. Sourcing and negotiating deals across second-hand sales, newbuild projects, and demolition opportunities. Providing clients with expert market intelligence and strategic advice. Ensuring smooth execution of transactions, from enquiry to delivery. Actively engaging with stakeholders and representing the organisation at industry events. What You’ll Bring: Extensive experience in S&P shipbroking with a proven track record of success. A strong network of industry contacts, including shipowners, operators, and shipyards. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset. A proactive approach, able to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
