It is Unilever’s in-house centre of business partnering and operational excellence in the area of finance services, supply chain, customs, procurement, integrated planning and performance delivery. There are 300 people in Katowice Hub.

The modern Katowice Hub office, whose interiors were designed according to the principles of sustainable development, is located in the city centre of Katowice, Poland.

CATEGORY/FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

The S2P Market role plays an integral part of the Market operations organisation, at the heartbeat of Unilever, having end to end accountability.

Globally we manage ~ 55 K vendors over 82 markets supporting our key business groups Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care, Homecare, Nutrition and Ice cream, through the Uniops organisation.

Our Markets S2P (source to pay) role enables deployment of experience solutions and key transformation programmes.

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Accounts Payable processes, AP – leading / monitoring/ improving Performance KPI Metrics.

Measuring Accountability and efficiency of TPSPs (Third party providers) supporting   Unilever MCOs being service recipient and TPSP where the finance S2P role acts as process owners for his/her region.

Contract to Pay finance process - supporting Procurement/business network user or supplier escalations for either Indirect ( MBS ) procurement and Direct procurement / business stakeholders.

Supporting Travel and employee expense processes including credit cards.

Global Process Models

Accountability and efficiency of TPSPs (Third party providers) supporting Unilever MCOs being service recipient and TPSP where the finance S2P role acts as process owners for his/her region.

Delivery of the Uniops Transformation scope, leveraging digitisation and analytical technology to improve reporting analytics.

Drive savings projects, relevant to further streamline operations

Service : Ensure the IHD (supplier help desk) improves service of end users experience as well as suppliers (NPS scores), increasing user end perception, supporting business critical escalations and ensuring fast resolutions are provided.

Collaboration ; facilitate user training to improve awareness of contracting and finance functions to drive down finance related queries.  Having an extensive knowledge of procurement networks and systems such as Coupa, ICAT, SAP would be a good advantage to support the role, to drive resolutions faster resulting in enhanced ways of working supporting procurement, planning, suppliers, AP and FC functions. Training will be provided.

This role is responsible for the sole responsibility of the Global Unilever Process Models for specific countries within the UniOps P2P transformation scope. The person working in this role will be the critical link between MCO being service recipient and 3PSP where the S2P Coordinator will act as P2P process owner for his/her country(s) scope and will be accountable for 3PSP service and delivery in front of MCOs in scope.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Min. 2 years of professional experience, either in Finance or Business or have a Degree qualification  in Finance or Business.

Overall responsibility of Results Management – meeting KPI, Targets

Subject matter expert in Cluster/global business projects and support for internal process excellence projects, including change management.  Be the Expert in data content, ability to train others, able to propose system improvements.

Full ownership for compliance with Global Financial Controls Framework (GFCF ) or other applicable. Acting as FPOC during audits.

Lead overall analytics and decision support for complex AP business case escalations.

Skills

Strong Business analytical IT skills  and MS package including great Excel and Power Point skills  / knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage

Great Communication skills (English, story telling)

Risk Management Skills (compliance to finance controls)
