Job Description Responsibilities: - Drive the Enterprise Services Portfolio & program agenda to ensure cross-functional teams across projects are on track to deliver within the established program timeline - Ensure program management team sets timelines, deliverables, and agendas for critical milestones across multiple key workstreams across the organization. - Partner with Program Owners and Sponsors, across the matrixed Enterprise Service Management team to align & prioritize program schedule against established roadmaps, identifying critical dependencies, risks/issues & constraints   Success in this role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, risk management, excellent program management, and change management skills, and a strong connection to the business and technology stakeholders We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 4+ years' experience in Project/Program Management - Successfully led procurement technology projects - Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business intelligence solutions using PowerBI and Tableau. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Analytics/ Business Intelligence skills demonstrated in previous experience specifically with VBA, PowerBI and Tableau - Manage the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk, and that involve multiple business areas and owners. - Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for challenging projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards - Manage dependencies and impacts with other teams and business functions. - Interact daily with engineering, analysts, and cross-functional business teams to develop the overall program plans, schedules and ensure the smooth delivery of the business solution and all deliverables. - Experience in managing organizational restructuring, process improvements, technology implementations, and digital transformations - Experience creating and articulating reports on the performance of organizational program deliveries. Specifically tracking milestones to understand milestone deviations and mitigations - Experience with RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix for defining roles and responsibilities. - Expert level communication skills, including executive level verbal and written communications and meeting facilitation across a large matrixed, global, cross functional team - Lean six sigma certified with an Agile background - A strong background or knowledge of Ariba - Certifications in Program Management (PgMP), Project Management (PMP), or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), PROSCI, Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement (ADKAR) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
