Description

\tResponsible for documenting the Finance business processes for the company

\tUse various tools and methods to create process maps, flowcharts, diagrams and other documentation.

\tFacilitate workshops, presentations and training sessions to communicate the process changes and ensure alignment and buy-in from the stakeholders.

\tMonitor and measure the impact of the implemented process improvements.

\tAnalyze the training needs and preferences of the target audience and stakeholders

\tResearch and gather relevant information to support from reliable sources and subject matter experts

\tWrite clear, concise, and accurate content that aligns with the learning objectives and outcomes

\tEdit and proofread the content for grammar, spelling, style, and consistency

\tUse various authoring tools and platforms to create and format the content

\tAlign with Instructional Designer and TCS Training Lead on strategy

Additional Skills & Qualifications

\tBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

\t5 plus years experience in business process mapping, analysis and improvement

\tProficient in using process mapping tools such as Visio or similar. ASSET

\tFamiliar with the principles and practices of instructional design, adult learning, and multimedia

\tExcellent verbal communication, collaboration and facilitation skills.

\tExcellent writing, editing, and proof reading skills

\tAttention to detail and quality orientation

\tAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

\tExperience in the aviation industry is an asset.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00
