This environment enables the efficient delivery of high-quality features within tight timelines. **Job Description** **Core Responsibilities:** As an Senior Developer, specializing in **Java Full Stack and Saas** , you would: + Lead a team of designers and engineers to create, build, and maintain high-quality Application Platform and experiences across different Customers. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define and deliver effective solutions. + Architect, design, and optimize Application platform and onboard several applications to this platform. + Customizing User experience for each consumer based on their requirements. + Work with Product and Development owners in defining the feature user story requirements + Responsible for End to End Software Development + Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and continuously improve the Application platform and experience. + Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, helping to build a culture of design excellence. + Ensure that design principles and best practices are followed, including accessibility standards. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex user experience challenges and design issues. + Act as the primary point of contact, working closely with product managers and engineering teams to define requirements and priorities. **Requirements:** Key requirements and experience include: + A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Java Fullstack and Saas expertise design and development. + Expertise in **Saas** Platform design and experience with **Java** , **Springboot, MySQL** and **Hibernate** for Application development. + Strong experience in designing, developing, and optimizing user interfaces using **React JS, HTML** , **CSS** , and modern front-end frameworks. + Hands-on experience with **AWS, ELK , Jenkins, Concourse** would be beneficial. + Strong experience in all areas of software development lifecycle + Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and gathering user feedback + Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for designing inclusive user experiences. + Strong experience in working with development team to prevent software defects by attending requirements reviews and architectural/design reviews + Strong problem-solving skills, with a user-centered approach to designing complex workflows. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Experience working in an **agile development environment** . + Experience integrating design systems and reusable UI components into development processes. + Familiarity with **version control systems** like **Git** and **CI/CD pipelines** for design and development workflows. + Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like **Docker** and **Kubernetes** is a plus.
