Location: Remote - Candidates will need to live in the National Capital Region and have the ability to go-onsite if needed.
CGI is currently seeking qualified candidates to support the Department of Navy’s (DON) Financial Management Transformation Initiatives Audit Remediation effort in the execution of the following programs: SABRS Data Cleansing
This position will require candidates to apply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions. Level II Business Systems Analysts are directed to exercise core skills on projects, or they may run small teams.
1. Prepare and remediate financial data for migration to Navy ERP to include an end-to-end data assessment.
2. Analyze and define the scope of data identifying data quality and problem conditions.
3. Develop and deploy scheduling tools that will improve efficiency in the analysis, reporting, and presentation of information.
4. Recommend KPIs and metrics to facilitate continuing evaluations of data health, quality, and migration readiness milestones of all BSO activities scheduled for Navy ERP go-lives.
5. Develop a comprehensive strategy to decrease or eliminate abnormal conditions for Navy commands before they migrate to NERP.
6. Perform data cleansing within Navy SABRS. Define unknown conditions, resolve critical problems, and develop new concepts relating to financial processes, budgets, accounting, and internal controls.
7. Identify duplicate or erroneous data and transactions in accordance with DoD 7000.14-R FMR and provide recommendations for resolution.
8. Perform end-to-end data mapping of data to be migrated to NERP and mock conversions.
9. Test and validate mock data conversions. Identify performance measures, metrics, and KPIs relevant to the bogus master and transactional data loads that support the pre-migration conversion testing process and schedule.
10. Provide KSDs to support external reviews of data cleansing actions and decisions for the accounting treatment of individual records.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Four (4) year degree from an accredited U.S. college or university in an appropriate technical field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Three (3) years of progressive, relevant experience.
Ideal candidates will have experience supporting systems consolidation/migration, modernization, ERP implementation, IT system audit readiness, IT audit reviews, IT system control documentation, and/or FISCAM and Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation and sustainment for State or Federal Government agencies or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000) employees.
Demonstrated experience in SAP, Oracle Federal Financials, or other relevant financial systems environments.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
CDFM, DOD Financial Management Level I, II, and/or III Training, USMC Financial Management School, Training, and/or Officer Course.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $57,100.00 - $134,100.00.
