Gain Familiarity with established processes and procedures in the Service Management Manual (SMM), specifically:502 - Asset Inventory and Management504 - Configuration Management514 – Procurement515 – Software License Management519 – Application Portfolio ManagementRegisters and/or ensures registration of new Assets / Configuration Items (CIs), Contracts as appropriateMaintains proper relationships as outlined in the SMMAssist in the Audits of the CMDB to ensure accuracy – through automation and data validation in conjunction with the Data Quality Management (DQM) workstreamProactively identifies discrepancies and drives to closure CMDB Updates to maintain accuracy of the CMDBProvides reporting, both operational and ad-hoc reports as requestedFollows and promotes SACM/SWLC processes technology standardsWorks closely with the stakeholders of CMDB data and ensures CI changes are reflected in accordance with established processes and procedures as outlined in the SMMFacilitates meetings with stakeholders to discuss current projects, future enhancements and continuous service improvement as neededSpecial projects to address on-going CMDB accuracy and completenessIdentification of process improvementsRequired Skills:
Experience with SW Licensing and/ or Strong desire to learn software licensingExperienced with Microsoft Office 365, with advance skills in MS Excel and OutlookExperience using ticketing tool, ServiceNow preferred Self-Motived, Strong attention to detail, Strong organizational skills, and Strong time management skillsExcellent communication skills (both written and oral)Team player with a positive attitudeLocal to Austin, TX and willing to work a hybrid work schedule ITAR requires US Citizen or Green Card HolderDesired Skills:
