Credence is seeking an experienced SAFe Agile Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality projects and participate in technical challenges that drive innovation. The Scrum Master will facilitate SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) ceremonies, coach teams on Agile best practices, and ensure successful project delivery in alignment with SAFe principles. This role may also include engaging in technical challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex problems, and providing Agile leadership to ensure timely and effective solutions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Facilitate SAFe Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Iteration Reviews, PI (Program Increment) Planning, and Retrospectives.Coach and guide Agile teams on SAFe practices and principles, promoting continuous improvement and team collaboration.Participate in technical challenges, helping the team ideate and deliver innovative solutions to complex problems.Work closely with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to ensure proper alignment of program objectives, features, and story prioritization.Identify and remove impediments that block progress, ensuring smooth project delivery and risk mitigation.Promote an Agile mindset across the teams, encouraging self-organization, collaboration, and accountability.Track and report on key SAFe metrics such as team velocity, iteration progress, and PI goals to stakeholders and leadership.Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, ensuring cross-team alignment and coordination within the Agile Release Train (ART).Support the team in maintaining focus on business value, outcomes, and timely delivery of increments.Act as a change agent within the organization to help transition and mature the Agile delivery practices.Engage in and support team participation in technical challenges to continuously improve Agile processes and technical outcomes. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 1 year in a SAFe Agile environment.SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent certification (e.g., SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)).Deep understanding of the SAFe framework and Agile principles.Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills.Experience working with Agile tools like Jira, Rally, or VersionOne.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams

Preferred Qualifications
