A week in the life of a SAFe Agile Scrum Program Manager:

Serves as the Agile Team Lead. Coordinate all activities required to complete each user story as defined in the Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done.  Work with Product Owner to decompose user stories and identify story acceptance criteria. Identify all tasks required to complete each story. Show traceability and dependencies among requirements (Epics, Themes, Stories, and Tasks) and systems; facilitate scrum and agile events. Collaborate with the technical personnel for metrics reporting. Support product roadmap development. Leverage roadmap to organize the Backlog and prioritize work.  Deliver monthly report summarizing the number of new, active and closed requirements.  Facilitate all sprint planning meetings.
