Job Description Insight Global is hiring a SAFe Implementation Specialist for our digital services client. You will be working with their end client as they embark on a digital transformation. You will be tasked with developing and implementing a SAFe implementation roadmap, creating stakeholder engagement, determining tooling, and aligning current corporate governance to a SAFe framework. This is a remote PST contract with international travel (as needed) to Canada. Responsibilities include: - Develop training plan for our staff; Organize and conduct training - Design and implement SAFe team topology working within potential current state team/project structure and constraints. - Defining and implementing various SAFe ceremonies, with the goal to assist teams and projects to achieve continuous and valued delivery. - Support IT operational teams and project teams on iteration report-outs, iteration planning and various team ceremonies such as daily scrums, scrums of scrums and iteration demos etc. across all participating teams. - Supporting & facilitating PI planning sessions (including training and coaching on what/how to plan, and facilitation and organization of the planning events themselves). - Leading iteration report-outs, PI demos and demonstrating how to identify salient items and blockers and remove them and mitigate future risks - Assist with digital tools e.g. digital planning boards, work management tool for both operational teams and project teams We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
