Safe Scrum Master Certification 6.0

Prior experience working as Scrum Master leading multiple agile squads , ideally with dependencies for releases on the same product - Kanban, Safe

Dynamic Personality , High Energy, Able to lead and inspire the team

Problem Solver - able to coach and offer solutions for adopting agile best practices

Strong Jira and Confluence

Able to run reporting from Jira on team metrics, velocity, to assist with improving team performance

Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Safe Certified Agile Scrum Master for 6 month renewable contract. We're seeking candidates with 5+ years of Safe Agile experience. In this role you will start with leading ceremonies, daily stand ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinements with one team and then will grow to up to three squads. This product line has 3 various products and close to 10 squads supporting it with dependencies across the platform and engineering groups. You will work closely with a release train engineer for quarterly PI planning and will need to coordinate and schedule hot fixes when required. We're seeking a dynamic and high energy Safe Scrum Master who can coach and guide team on safe /agile/ kanban best practices and cite examples from past experiences on positive outcomes.
