Safety Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Safety Administrative AssistantJob Description We are looking for a Safety Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in safety training environments and possess strong administrative skills. This role prepares you for the next step in becoming a safety manager at any of our 47 locations. Responsibilities + Maintain and update safety records. + Review and implement safety programs as needed. + Coordinate and facilitate meetings and trainings. + File and scan all training documentation. + Conduct incident investigations to identify causes and help develop solutions. + Perform facility and work area inspections. Essential Skills + Experience with safety in a training environment. + Experience with MS Office Suite. + Effective communication skills. + Positive attitude and self-motivation. + 3+ years of safety training experience preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications + OSHA 10 certification preferred. Work Environment The work hours for this position are from 4:00pm to 12:00am. Training must be conducted on the 1st shift. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and monthly profit sharing up to 52% of earnings.
